What we collect

When you send the service request form we receive your name, phone number, the service you need, your city, and anything you choose to add: an email address and a description of the problem. We also record the page you sent the form from.

On the live site, Google Analytics records anonymous visit information such as pages viewed and the type of device used. It does not identify you by name.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, such as where they click and how far they scroll, so we can make it easier to use. Clarity uses cookies and similar technology and does not identify you by name. Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.

How we use it

To call or text you back about your request and schedule service.
To send appointment confirmations and updates if you checked the text message box.
To understand which pages help people find what they need.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our email and run this website, and only so they can do that work.

Text messages

If you agree to text messages, we send messages about your request and appointment only. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of service.

Your choices
